Running a business in South Texas is no easy task! With Crossroads Mechanical, you don’t have to worry about the big swings in temperature. Whether you have a restaurant, store, or office, having a working heating system is key to keeping everyone comfortable.

Need Your Business' Heater Fixed? Here's How You Know:

As temperatures fall, a reliable heating system becomes critical to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for your staff and clients. If you’ve been noticing skyrocketing heating bills, unusual noises, offensive smells, or inconsistent heating throughout your commercial space, it may be a signal that it’s time to act. The following signs are strong indicators that your heating system requires professional attention.

Higher Heating Costs

If you’re finding a marked increase in your electric bills when comparing this season to the same season last year, your HVAC system might be straining and running excessively to warm your commercial space—without your knowing. Our team can conduct a thorough inspection of your system to identify any persistent efficiency issues and diagnose potential problems.

Strange Sounds

If you or your customers have detected loud or strange noises, such as screeching or clanging sounds coming from your heating system, it’s advisable to turn your system off and reach out to us for a detailed examination. In smaller spaces, these noises will likely be more apparent and may interfere with your business operations.

Unpleasant Odors

Have you been detecting strange scents in your restaurant or store? Problems like refrigerant leaks or microbial growth might be the culprits behind some of these odors—and they are issues that you should address promptly. Our expert team is ready to manage these repairs effectively.

Uneven Heating

If certain areas of your building are noticeably warmer or cooler than others, this could indicate an issue, such as an inadequately sized system for your building or damaged ductwork. Our skilled professionals can identify these issues and rectify them promptly. In severe cases, it is wise to place an emergency call to Crossroads Mechanical, allowing us to resolve the situation for you swiftly.
